Our 'Why'
A message from the President
The formation of Allegiance was inspired by a strong desire to change the status quo. I wanted to build a business with a true purpose, and with core values that really mean something to me, and to everyone I surround myself with. Values like commitment, dedication, dependability, initiative, and allegiance. Allegiance to my clients, employees, subcontractors and all people. For too long, I have seen people get burnt out and just stop caring. I have seen too many contractors who are oblivious to their clients true needs and desires. Allegiance General Contracting is different from other contracting companies, because the people always come first. Building relationships and trust is a critical ongoing task.
Why are we in business? I created Allegiance to provide the best quality and service to homeowners looking to update their homes. I believe our core values allow us to do so. Allegiance also provides a means to give back to a community that is very important to me, my fellow Veterans. I have donated to various charitable sources in the past, yet it never seemed like I was making much of a difference. Fifty or a hundred bucks here and there just didn't seem to cut it for me. During my time in the Marine Corps, I have learned an incredible sum of knowledge and skills. If there is one thing in particular that sparked inspiration, it is my belief that one individual can change the world.
Creating beautiful homes for my clients, raising money and donating my time to change the lives of fellow Veterans is priceless to me. I hope to change the lives of all my clients for the better, leaving our works of art behind and building lasting relationships in the process. The world may be a vast and scary place at times. Allegiance was built on five critical pillars to take some of the fear out of the equation:

The Allegiance Team
Bryan Schulman
President
Bryan’s passion for the industry, perfectionism and craftsmanship, began at a young age. Also attending Joseph P. Keefe RVTHS for Carpentry, by the time he was 18, Bryan had built 3 custom homes and remodeled dozens of projects all over Massachusetts. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to the construction industry with even more passion and skills at his disposal. Since his return, he has designed and managed hundreds of projects from bathroom remodels to custom new home construction.
Bryan set a new precedent for leadership and management during his previous tenure as Chief Operating Officer of a local remodeling Company. his responsibilities included management of day to day operations, ie. coordination of scheduling, employees, subcontractors and contracted residential construction projects. Also creation, development and implementation of revised business plans, investment strategies, professional development programs, leadership and management strategies.
Scott Sardina
Sardina Custom Remodeling
Scott has a broad level of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Graduating from Joseph P. Keefe RVTHS majoring in Carpentry, he has since perfected his skills and abilities in the trade. He has created hundreds of custom creations, from bookcases to mantels, complex staircases to intricate built-up crown moldings. His attention to detail sets Scott apart from the pack, allowing him to successfully spearhead our projects.
